TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. Package Description:
2.1 Mother acknowledges receipt of the confinement package description, attached hereto as Exhibit A, outlining the specific
services and amenities included in the chosen package.

3. Fees and Payment:
3.1 Package Deposit: Mother agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of SGD6000 upon signing this Agreement. This deposit
secures the reservation and is deducted from the total package fee.
3.2 Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the package fee must be paid in full on the first day of check-in. Failure to
make the payment may result in the late payment interest at the rate of 8% per annum calculated on a monthly rest due on
any overdue amount until the outstanding sum is paid.

4. Companion Policy:
4.1 One Companion: The package includes provision for one companion, who must be the husband or one of the immediate
female family members. Only female companions are allowed.
4.2 Companion’s Responsibilities: The companion is required to comply with Rejoy’s rules and regulations and should conduct
themselves appropriately during the stay.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
5.1 Cancellation for Personal Reasons: Mother acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be provided in the event of
cancellation for any reasons, unless the exceptions required by law.
5.2 Cancellation due to Miscarriage: Mother is allowed to cancel the reservation at any time before the check-in date in the
unfortunate event of a miscarriage, supported by a valid medical report as proof. In such cases, the company shall refund the
deposit amount, deducting an administration and processing fee of SGD 500. In the event that the customer has availed
services from Rejoy with a total price exceeding SGD 2000, the processing fee of SGD 500 shall be waived.
5.3 The Company is committed to complying with fair trading practices and does not condone any element or coercion, duress
or undue pressure in our customers’ purchase(s) or during treatment. Please note that if you are not satisfied with the services
provided, you may obtain a refund in accordance with our refund policy and the procedure set out below with valid proof of purchases.
5.4 As consumer satisfaction is important to us, we have implemented a 5 (five) working day cooling off period. During this period, feel
free to consider whether you are satisfied with your purchase(s) and our services provided. If you request to cancel your package(s)
within 5 working days from date of payment, we will be glad to offer you a refund.

5.5(a) For Pre-payment Products and Services
Within 5 (five) working days from date of payment: no cancellation charge will be imposed.
Within 6-30 days from date of payment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of any unutilized treatment session(s) will be imposed
for all refund or may exchange unutilized treatment sessions with products; individually listed prices will be calculated for discontinuation
or cancellation of service/treatment package and any complimentary products/treatments will be charged accordingly should you have
been given additional package price reductions instead of paying the individually listed prices.
Within 31 days – 1 year from date of payment a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of any unutilized treatment session(s) will be imposed
for all refund or may exchange unutilized treatment sessions with products; individually listed prices will be calculated for discontinuation
or cancellation of service/treatment package and any complimentary products/treatments will be charged accordingly should you have been
given additional package price reductions instead of paying the individually listed prices.
1 year from date of payment: strictly non-refundable in cash, may exchange unutilized treatment sessions with products.
Please note that the Company will be entitled to claim a reasonable admin charge(s) for any refund, including refund during the cooling off
period. The sum will be deducted from the amount refunded.
5.5(b) For Merchandised Products purchased
Are not refundable but can be exchange or replaced with products or services of equivalent value within 5 working days from the date of purchase subjected to manufacturers’ defect. Customer feedback/Complaint forms are available to address this issue.

6. Prohibition Terms:
6.1 Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of Rejoy premises. Mother and any
accompanying companion must adhere to this policy.
6.2 Alcohol Consumption: The excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages leading to disruptive behavior is strictly
prohibited in rooms and public areas. Mother and accompanying companions must refrain from bringing or consuming alcohol
on Rejoy premises, and are expected to avoid engaging in any disruptive or disorderly conduct associated with alcohol
consumption.
6.3 Strict Adherence to Laws: Mother and any accompanying companions are required to strictly adhere to all applicable laws
and regulations during their stay at Rejoy. Any illegal activities or behavior will result in immediate termination of the
agreement and expulsion from the premises.
6.4 Local Regulations: Mother is responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations, including but not limited
to health and safety guidelines, during the entire duration of the confinement stay.
6.5 Prohibited Items: Mother and accompanying companions are strictly prohibited from bringing any items deemed illegal,
hazardous, or against Rejoy’s policies onto the premises. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illicit
substances, and any items that may pose a threat to the safety and well-being of others.
6.6 Inspection Rights: Rejoy reserves the right to inspect personal belongings if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a
prohibited item may be present. Refusal to cooperate with such inspections may result in termination of the agreement.
6.7 Access Control: Mother and accompanying companions must adhere to all security measures implemented by Rejoy.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

7. Policies and Services for Mothers and Babies
7.1 Outside Food: Outside food is not allowed for mother. The mother should be reminded on the date of signing this
agreement. Rejoy shall not be responsible for any medical issues arising from the consumption of such food.
7.2 RFID Tag: Rejoy will place an RFID tag on the baby’s ankle during check-in. Parents are not permitted to remove this tag to
prevent misidentification. Rejoy reserves the right to ensure that the RFID tag remains attached to the baby at all times.
7.3 Laundry: The baby is required to wear in-house jumpers provided by the centre. Mothers are advised to wear Rejoy inhouse
pyjamas. Rejoy offers washing services for personal clothing but does not assume responsibility for any missing items or
defects that may occur.
7.4 UV Light Sanitizer: The nursery room will undergo UV light sanitization on a weekly basis. During the process, the baby will
be brought to the mother’s room for approximately two hours until the procedure is completed.
7.5 Emergency Response: In the event of illness affecting the mother or baby, Rejoy will arrange for transportation to the
nearest hospital. The patient is responsible for any medical bills incurred.
7.6 Transportation: Rejoy provides return transport from the hospital to Rejoy during check-in and from Rejoy to home during
check-out, only. For mothers and baby follow-up visits from Rejoy to the desired hospital is available on weekdays at 9 am, it is
payable, and the price is subject to the availability of the service of Rejoy. Parents must prepare a baby carrier, and no nanny
accompaniment service is provided for follow-up visits.
7.7 Baby Check-in Policy: In the event that the baby does not check in with the mother due to hospitalization, no refund or
compensation will be provided, as the package includes services for the baby. For twins and triplets, Rejoy will charge the
additional baby fees of $__________ for 28 days only when the babies check in.
7.8. Guest Car Parking: There will be only free parking lots for our Premium Suites & Family Suites clients and one only for
each.

8. Visiting Rules:
8.1 Visiting Hours: Designated visiting hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Limited to 8 slots per day.
Visitors are requested to adhere strictly to these hours.
8.2 Authorized Visitors: Only Immediate Family Members are permitted to enter the room and visit both the mother and baby.
A maximum of two adults and one child are allowed per visit.
8.3 Group Visit: (Friends and Families) Visits exceeding two individuals must take place in the public area or customer lounge.
During such visits, visitors are only allowed to meet with the mother. Holding or carrying the baby is not permitted during
group visits.
8.4 Parents are not permitted to send their baby to the public area for visiting purposes.
If friends and families would like to hold or carry the baby, they must purchase a disposable PPE set at SGD 5 from the
reception. Cooperation is required to reduce the risk of the baby getting sick.
8.5 Behavior and Volume: Maintain Decorum, visitors are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum and maintain a
respectful demeanor while visiting our guests.
8.6 Health and Safety Checks: Every visitor is required to undergo a temperature check upon entry to ensure the well-being of
our guests.
8.7 Hand, Foot, and Mouth (HFM) Check for Kids: Visitors bringing children will need to go through an additional Hand, Foot,
and Mouth (HFM) check for the safety of the baby and other guests.
8.8 Health Conditions: In case a visitor is experiencing fever or any other symptoms of illness, they are not permitted to visit
until they are in good health.
8.9 Face Mask Requirements: All visitors must wear face masks at all times while in the center. This is a crucial measure to
protect the health and safety of our guests and staff.

9. Non-disparagement, Social Media:
9.1 Prohibition on Encouragement: The Mother and/ or husband/ partner herby agree they shall not make any statement(s),
written or verbal, post on any social media platforms, cause or encourage others to make any statements(s) written or verbal,
that defame, disparage or in anyway criticize the personnel or business reputation, practices or conduct of Rejoy.
9.2 Consequences of Violation: Any breach of this non-disparagement agreement may result in legal action, including but not
limited to seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal costs incurred by Rejoy.

10. Governing Law and Forum:
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
